Gingival graft
The gingival recession is often caused by inflamed gums or poor dental hygiene. It is important to treat receding gums as soon as possible, mostly when the attached gingiva is no longer wide enough. In this case, the root of the tooth is uncovered which causes sensitivity to warmth and cold. Major problems may occur if gum recession remains untreated, such as bone erosion and tooth loss.
Call us as soon as you suspect receding gums. A gingival graft will help prevent cavities and counter serious dental conditions.
